Alfons Mucha Exhibiton

Alfons Mucha Exhibition The title of the exhibition is Alfons Mucha, Native Son of Ivančice 1860 – 1939 and it expresses the painter’s lifelong relationship with his hometown. The exhibits are divided into four rooms. Mucha´s paintings and graphic art collections are housed in the large hall. Blatnické muzeum

Blatnické muzeum vzniklo díky snahám paní Zdislavy Kuřinové a Marie Perutkové. Muzeum se nachází v budově mateřské školy a ukazuje návštěvníkům život blatničanů v minulosti, jejich zvyky a tradice. Exponáty v muzeu jsou rozděleny do několika částí: hospodářské zařízení a hračky, blatnické kroje v minulosti i současnosti, ložnice "izba", kuchyně, šicí dílna a knoflíky, umělecké schopnosti našich spoluobčanů v minulosti i dnes, svatby v minulosti.

Blueprint Workshop

The nearby village Olešnice accommodates the last original Czech Blueprint textile workshop. Blueprint is a historical resist dyeing method, which creates white patterns on a blue ground. Fabric is dyed from original 160 years old wooden forms. The workschop produces over one hundred patterns and more than ninety kinds of utility, decorative and gift blueprint products.

Bučovice - Muzeum Bučovice

Regionální muzeum patřící pod Muzeum Vyškovska, expozice v areálu bučovického zámku nazvaná Bučovice v dějnách zobrazuje v pěti sálech vývoj města a jeho okolí od pravěkých nálezů do roku 1945.

Bukovanský Mill

The windmill was built according to the design by Ing. Josef Kouřil, a native of Kyjov. On the ground floor is a ceremonial room, above it an exhibition hall and on the 2nd floor a small museum housing exhibits from the history of Bukovany. Perhaps the most valuable part is the findings from local prehistoric burial mounds.

Former internment camp in Svatobořice - Mistřín
