Kunice
Kunice village is situated at the upper end of the valley, cordoned-off between the wooded hills of Zagorje and Niva. After the upper edge of the road is Drnovice - Lhota u Lysice under which the dense greenery of gardens lies our community. Land adjacent to the village communities Drnovice, Zbraslavec, Touboř, Deep in Kunštát, Bedrichov and Lhota u Lysice. Kuničky Village is located at the Brno Massif Drahany Highlands about 12 miles north of the town of Blansko in the road turning tomato-Jestřebí to Němčice. It lies surrounded by forests on both sides of the creek Holešínky at a height of 550 meters above sea level. The village belongs to the Lenčová - several houses in the forester's lodge about a mile from the village.

Kunštát
Traditional production of the “Kunštát pottery”, pottery fairs every September. A castle above the town used by the Moravian National Archive is partially open to the public. The palace garden contains one of a few dog cemeteries. Czech King Jiří of Poděbrady (and Kunštát) came from the family of the town founders, the Lords of Kunštát. The town is linked to the life of a poet, František Halas, who is also buried there.

Highly valuable complex of the St. John the Baptist Church dating back to the end of the 15th century, the best-preserved fortified sacral building in Moravia. It consists of a chapel, prismatic fortified tower, vicarage, Chapel of All Saints and ramparts with loopholes and remains a gangway. Extensive underground vaults. The village features an indoor tennis hall.
