Description:Growing village situated at the foot of the Pavlov Hills in a protected area under the hills southwest slope ational nature rezerace Plate Mountain. Founded in the 13th century as a colony in the village Mikulov estate. For the first time in written sources cited in 1332 as Pairdorf. The local parish church. Catherine from 1742 was originally built as a chapel on the site of an older Gothic building, the tower was built in 1791. On the list of protected monuments in the village except the church of St. John of Nepomuk, stands at the Chapel Road Brno and Mikulov in Calvary Cemetery.
