Blueprint Workshop

The nearby village Olešnice accommodates the last original Czech Blueprint textile workshop. Blueprint is a historical resist dyeing method, which creates white patterns on a blue ground. Bukovanský Mill

The windmill was built according to the design by Ing. Josef Kouřil, a native of Kyjov. Počátky sbírek Žarošického muzea jsou spojeny se jménem významného žarošického rodáka Václava Broukala (1894 – 1972). Broukal byl kolářským mistrem s velkou zálibou v archeologii a historii.
