The current winery followed the tradition of the family vault, but in 2000 started developing tzv.moderního winery. Entire production process the grapes themselves on the basis of advanced technology. We are focused on making wines with special attributes, but as a complement to produce wines straw, ice and barrique. At the same time cooperate with the incumbent supplier to collect the grapes where we focus on quality and high sugar content of grapes.
