South Moravia attracts by its numerous historical monuments and natural sites. Therefore, hiking and cycling were quickly established and settled here. Everyone can choose the type of activity most suitable for them. You can find excellent conditions for both of the options - routes suitable for both pedestrians and cyclists. Paths and nature trails weave through the countryside where you can learn interesting facts about local history and nature. Choices indeed! Everyone can choose something, whether you want to actively play sports or just ride or walk.

Cycling combines a sport activity with visits to interesting places. Relaxing on a bike and exploring new places, that is how cycling could be simply characterized. Cycling is becoming an increasingly popular way to spend free time, and therefore new cycle routes are being added continually. South Moravia keeps pace with the times and country cycling therefore has excellent facilities. The speciality of the region lies in wine-trail cycling. The entire region is crisscrossed by wine cycle trails that do not lead directly, but meander between the vineyards so you can really get to know the beauty of the landscape and the interesting local wine destinations. Wine trail cycling will take you around the vineyards, cellars, famous wine cellar monuments and archives.
