Paths and nature trails weave through the countryside where you can learn interesting facts about local history and nature. Choices indeed! Cycling combines a sport activity with visits to interesting places. Relaxing on a bike and exploring new places, that is how cycling could be simply characterized. Cycling is becoming an increasingly popular way to spend free time, and therefore new cycle routes are being added continually. South Moravia keeps pace with the times and country cycling therefore has excellent facilities. The speciality of the region lies in wine-trail cycling. The entire region is crisscrossed by wine cycle trails that do not lead directly, but meander between the vineyards so you can really get to know the beauty of the landscape and the interesting local wine destinations. Wine trail cycling will take you around the vineyards, cellars, famous wine cellar monuments and archives.
